Terms and Conditions for Medicore
1. Introduction
Medicore is a product of Graphycore Travels, designed to assist users in booking domestic and international hospital appointments. By using Medicore, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Service Description
Medicore provides a platform for booking appointments with hospitals and doctors, both domestically and internationally. The services include the facilitation of appointment scheduling with selected healthcare providers.
3. Appointment Booking
All appointments are subject to the availability of the selected healthcare provider and the confirmation of the booking by the hospital.
Once an appointment is confirmed, the specific date and time are secured with the hospital and doctor.
4. Payment Terms
All charges for appointments booked through Medicore are non-refundable. This applies to both domestic and international bookings.
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
5. Appointment Changes and Cancellations
Due to the nature of the service, the date of the appointment may be changed under certain conditions, but this is subject to the approval of the hospital and the availability of the doctor on the new date.
If a change of date is necessary, you must contact Medicore at least 48 hours before the original appointment date to request a change. However, there is no guarantee that a change can be accommodated.
Cancellations of appointments are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
6. Responsibilities
Medicore acts as a facilitator between the patient and the hospital. We are not responsible for the outcome of the medical consultation or treatment.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they attend the appointment on the scheduled date and time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Graphycore Travels and Medicore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Medicore service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the appointment booking.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
9. Modifications
Graphycore Travels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
By using Medicore, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
