- Full Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your appointment and request a refund, please contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp with your booking details.
- Refund Method: Once the cancellation is processed within the 24-hour window, we will initiate a full refund. The refund will be made to the original method of payment and may take 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
2. No Refund Policy After 24 Hours
- If the cancellation is made after 24 hours of booking, no refund will be issued.
- This policy is in place as the hospital and doctor have already been secured for the appointment date, and cancellations at this stage incur costs that we cannot recover.
3. Change of Appointment Date
- If you are unable to attend the appointment, you may request a change in the appointment date. Please see our Change Policy for details regarding eligibility, fees, and processes for rescheduling.
- Date changes are subject to the availability of the doctor and the hospital, and requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
