At Medicore, we understand that circumstances may require you to adjust your hospital appointment date. Our change policy allows you to make changes to your booking while ensuring smooth operations with our healthcare partners.
1. First Change - Free of Charge
- Eligibility: Your first change of appointment date is completely free of charge.
- Change Request: To request a change, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Changes are subject to the availability of the doctor and the hospital.
2. Subsequent Changes
- Fees for Additional Changes: After the first free change, any further changes will incur a fee of BDT 50 per change.
- Payment Process: The fee must be paid at the time of requesting the change. Changes will not be confirmed until the payment is received.
- Availability: All subsequent changes are subject to the availability of the healthcare provider and the hospital’s policies.
3. Conditions for Change
- Notice Period: All change requests must be made at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled appointment.
- Hospital/Doctor Approval: Changes in appointment dates are subject to approval from the hospital and doctor based on their availability.
- Unavailability: If the requested new date is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative.
